Refund And Cancellation Policies/Packing Slip

• Missing product, shortages or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
• RMA Number is required for all return merchandise, please contact customer service for assistance.
• All items must be in original packaging and resalable condition for full credit to be issued upon receipt.
• All returns are subject to inspection before a full credit will be issued.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

• Product is shipped the most economical way unless requested overnight. Shipping cost is absorbed by customers unless free freight minimum is met.

Payment Processing & Refunds

• Payments are made to Accurate Medical Surgical as indicated on the invoice
• Payment by credit card is accepted through most major credit card companies
